Preface

This is a copy of a checklist I found on a usenet newsgroup in in the mid 90s. It's been reposted on numerous other Internet sites including http://www.sexuality.org/l/bdsm/checklst.txt, the Crave Web Site, the discontinued Castle Realm web site, the discontinued ^cat^'s House and Dungeon web site, and the discontinued D/s Kiosk web site.

The original checklist has been attributed to "JillM" but it has been further expanded by the late Tammad Rimilia with contributions by Mistress Kim, Iron Rose, Lee, and others. Tammad had given me permission to "deep link" to his most recent revision but his web site is no longer on-line.
